Can you do clip on earrings?

yes! Just email me with your order number after purchase and I'll switch over the hooks to clip ons for no extra charge.

How long will my order take to process?

All products are made in house, which means some products may take longer than others. If it’s not a custom order that has been discussed, please expect up to 5 working days for me to ship your order.
I do try to have backup stock on popular products, but most is made to order so that I don’t waste any materials since we’re all for saving the planet!

Any items that are made to order do have a disclaimer in the product description so you know how long it can take. I do try to get the items made as soon as possible however.

How do I make a custom order?

When should I expect my order after dispatch?

Typically within the UK I’d give it two weeks before being too worried, and with the US three and a half weeks, but with possible disruptions due to strikes etc, please expect delays up to a month in the UK and three months for the US.
The postal services are doing all they can, and as am I. Unfortunately, the second your parcel leaves my hands, it is in the hands of said services and I am no longer responsible for anything that may happen. However, if there is an issue with your item once delivered, or if it hasn’t delivered in the times given, please get in contact and we can discuss a partial refund or item replacement! I’m not Amazon, but I’m Amazin’ and will try to do what I can!

What if I enter the wrong address?

Unfortunately I cannot control anything with addresses. If you do notice that your details are wrong, please contact me immediately to ensure it’s changed in time. If your item has been dispatched though, we can wait and see if it ends up being a return to sender ordeal, or I can make a replacement for the same cost.
