Can you do clip on earrings?

yes! Just email me with your order number after purchase and I'll switch over the hooks to clip ons for no extra charge. If you’re in need of clip on studs, I’ll repaint a matching pair to do this (no extra charge) - I’ll give you a good idea of how long the studs would take!

How long will my order take to process?

The majority of my listed products are already made, so I’d say expect up to 3 working days for me to ship your order.

Any items that are made to order do have a disclaimer in the product description so you know how long it can take. I do try to get the items made as soon as possible however. If you’re concerned, please message me on Instagram as I’ll see that pretty quickly!

How do I make a custom order?

What if I enter the wrong address?

Unfortunately I cannot control anything with addresses. If you do notice that your details are wrong, please contact me immediately to ensure it’s changed in time. If your item has been dispatched though, we can wait and see if it ends up being a return to sender ordeal, or I can make a replacement for the same cost.
